Admission process begins with an inquiry from interested parents. You can inquire about admission by contacting the school office.

Application Submission

If you decide to proceed with the admission process, you will need to complete and submit an application form available online.

Application Review

Our admissions committee carefully reviews each application to assess the suitability of the student for our academic programs and school community.

Entrance Test

Admission to PRE-KG, LKG & UKG are finalized based on the performance of the child. The decision of the interview panel / committee is final. An entrance test for LKG & UKG students will be conducted.

Personal Interview

All applicants are invited to attend an interview. The interview provides an opportunity for us to get to know the student better and assess their suitability for our school community.

Admission Decision

Once the admission process is complete, “admission confirmation order” will be issued to the selected students.

Orientation and Transition

Prior to the start of the academic year, we offer orientation sessions to help new students and families acclimate to our school community. This includes meeting teachers, touring the campus, and learning about school policies & procedures

Age Criteria : as per the National Educational Policy and the circular issued by the Karnataka State Board of Education, age criteria is as follows :

Admission process

  • Application forms are available in our school website, www.swargaranischool.com
  • The applicant has to fill the form online entering the accurate details pertaining to the student and the parents.
  • Necessary documents like birth certificate passport size photo of child has to be uploaded.
  • Completely filled form should be submitted.
  • Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
  • The submission of the application form does not guarantee the admission.
  • Once selected, parents have to pay the entire fees to complete the admission process and admission number will be generated.
  • Fees of Rs. 90000 for the academic year 2025-26 will have to be paid in full during admission to the school.

Note:

  • For admissions, the school office will function on all working days between 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. (The school will be closed on Saturday and Sunday)
  • We follow the policy of first come first serve.
  • Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
